Ayelet Waldman

Ayelet Waldman was born in Jerusalem in 1964. She studied law at Harvard Law School and subsequently worked as a criminal defense attorney before becoming known as a writer. Her books published in German include the nonfiction work Böse Mütter (2010). Waldman is married to the writer Michael Chabon, and they have four children.
