Astrid Thiele-Petersen (born 1963) is a theologian and play and theatre educator who also trained in systemic counselling and therapy. From 2000 to 2014, she headed the youth ministry office of the Lübeck-Lauenburg church district and was responsible for confirmation work. She subsequently worked as a freelance educator in church-based adult education, focusing on experiential approaches to Bible study, bibliodrama, Bible theatre and bibliodance. She also led courses in dance improvisation and bibliodance and organized dance services.
