Arthur Zajonc

Arthur Zajonc (born 1949) is an American physicist who served as a professor of physics at Amherst College in Massachusetts and specialized in quantum optics. His research stays included the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics in Munich, the University of Innsbruck, and the École Normale Supérieure in Paris. He received a Fulbright Award in 1992 for his scientific work.
