Antonio Negri

Antonio Negri (1933–2023) was an Italian political scientist and theorist of post-operaismo, a Marxist current. He taught political philosophy and state theory at the universities of Padua and Paris. Together with Michael Hardt, he co-authored *Empire*, *Multitude: War and Democracy in the Age of Empire*, and *Common Wealth: The End of Property*.
