Antje Bones

Antje Bones (born 1970) studied philosophy and English at the University of Cologne. Her path into writing led through children’s television, including the German program “Die Sendung mit der Maus” and WDR’s children’s programming, and into publishing. From 2003 onward, she wrote books for children and young adults and worked as a freelance author and editor. In 2017, she received the Villa Decius artist fellowship in Kraków.
