Anthony de Mello

Anthony de Mello (1931–1987) was a member of the Jesuit order. After joining the order, he studied philosophy, theology and psychology in Barcelona, Poona, Chicago and Rome. In India, he founded or directed a center for retreats, counseling and training. He also led meditation courses, retreats and therapeutic seminars around the world.
