Anne Otto

Anne Otto (born 1970) is a psychologist, psychodrama therapist, science journalist, and author. After studying psychology and training in psychodrama, she initially worked as a clinical psychologist, including in a residential group for young people and in a women’s prison. In 2002, she moved into journalism and worked as an author and editor for publications including Der Spiegel, Psychologie Heute, and Brigitte. She has written nonfiction books and developed educational formats on psychological topics.
