Anne Bishop

Anne Bishop (born 1955) has published numerous short stories and novels. Her first novel, “Daughter of the Blood,” appeared in 1998. She is best known for the fantasy trilogy The Black Jewels, which received the William L. Crawford Memorial Fantasy Award. In 2013, Bishop also received the RT Book Reviews Career Achievement Award in the SF/Fantasy category.
