Anna Schlutter was born in Minden in 2000. Before studying German literature, political science and history, she attended the London Film Academy. Her first book, »Woran du glaubst«, was published in 2021. Her short stories have been nominated for, among others, the Vechta Youth Literature Prize, the Kölner Junge Autoren Award and THEO. Her children’s book debut, »Welt, warte! Zumindest, bis Henry und ich eine andere finden«, combines her fondness for offbeat stories with her love of ducks.
