Ann Rose

Ann Rose was diagnosed with coeliac disease. After the diagnosis, her longstanding symptoms diminished when she avoided gluten. She studied, travelled extensively and worked in a variety of occupations. As part of adapting her diet, she learned to cook and bake fresh, gluten-free food.
