Angela Weinhold

Angela Weinhold, born in 1955 in Geesthacht, grew up in East Frisia. She studied graphic design and visual communication at the Folkwang University in Essen, specializing in book and press illustration. From 1980 onward, she worked as a freelance illustrator for children’s, young adult, and schoolbook publishers. As an author and illustrator, she contributed to numerous titles in Ravensburger’s “Wieso? Weshalb? Warum?” series.
