Angela Kehlenbeck

Angela Kehlenbeck was born in Hamburg in 1959. After completing secondary school, she spent several months traveling through South America and, among other things, produced a photographic report on workers at a saltpeter mine in northern Chile. She subsequently studied graphic design and earned a diploma in children’s book illustration at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. As a freelance illustrator, she participated in exhibitions including the Illustrators Exhibition in Bologna and the Exposition Internationale des Illustrateurs in Bastia.
