Anette Hinrichs

Anette Hinrichs was born in Hamburg in 1970. After completing her secondary education and commercial training at Hamburg Airport, she worked in various fields, including shipping, banking and retail, before becoming a freelance author. Her passion for crime fiction began in her teens through reading Agatha Christie. She is best known for the »Nordlicht« crime series featuring the German-Danish investigative team Vibeke Boisen and Rasmus Nyborg. She has also written crime novels set in Hamburg featuring investigator Malin Brodersen.
