Andreas Neubauer

Andreas Neubauer trained as a chef and became a master chef. From 1990 onward, he worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Val d’Or at Stromburg under Johann Lafer. As an author, recipe developer, and food stylist, he contributed to more than 70 books and developed recipes for publishers, magazines, and television. Together with photographer Michael Wissing, he produced several book and magazine projects, including special issues devoted particularly to baking.
