Andreas Fisahn

Andreas Fisahn, born in 1960, is a German legal scholar. He studied law in Würzburg, Cologne, Marburg and Göttingen, received his doctorate in 1992 and worked from 1995 as a research assistant at the University of Bremen, including at its Research Centre for European Environmental Law. He completed his habilitation in 2001. He subsequently taught public law, environmental law, technology law and legal theory at Bielefeld University. His publications include the AttacBasisText »Hinter verschlossenen Türen: Halbierte Demokratie« (2017) and, with Alois Stiegeler and Manfred Braatz, »Oben, Unten, rechts und links. Eine etwas andere Einführung in die politische Farbenlehre« (2023).
