Andrea Wandel

Andrea Wandel is a trained music journalist, translator and interpreter. Earlier in her career, she travelled around the world to interview rock musicians. Among her translations are “Welcome to Night Vale” and “Gork,” translated with Wieland Freund for Hobbit Presse, as well as Rachel Carson’s “The Sense of Wonder,” published in German as “Magie des Staunens” by Klett-Cotta. She also wrote horse books for young readers and worked as a naturopath, with training including body-oriented trauma work and naturopathic methods.
