Andrea Schindler

Andrea Schindler studied English and Spanish for secondary-school teaching as well as international business competence, completing her studies with the Second State Examination in 2014. She began her professional career at Continental as a working student in 2011 and continued there from 2014 as an executive assistant at the company’s electronics plant in Regensburg. She subsequently worked as a trainer and project manager in lean manufacturing, focusing on process optimization. Later, in an international human-resources role, she led projects on learning strategies, digital skills and competency management. Her other responsibilities included global HR projects and supporting agile transformation processes in the software sector.
