Alwyn Hamilton

Alwyn Hamilton was born in Toronto and grew up between Canada, France, and Italy before her family settled in France. She studied art history at Cambridge, graduating in 2009. Before her writing career, she worked for the auction house Christie’s. Her debut novel, Rebel of the Sands, became a National Indie and New York Times bestseller and won the Goodreads Debut Choice Award in 2016.
