Alvaro Martinez Bueno

Álvaro Martínez Bueno was born in 1982 in Torrelavega in northern Spain. He graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Salamanca in 2004. He subsequently worked in advertising, creating storyboards for television commercials, and also illustrated books, CDs and posters and produced storyboards for feature films. From 2013 onward, he worked for the US comic publishers Valiant and Marvel; DC Comics joined his list of publishers in 2014. For DC, he drew stories for series including Aquaman, Grayson Megaband, Batman Eternal and Batman – Detective Comics, as well as Justice League Dark and The Nice House on the Lake.
