Alison Fragale

Alison Fragale, PhD, is a scholar of organizational behavior. She served as the Mary Farley Ames Lee Distinguished Scholar of Organizational Behavior at the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research appeared in leading academic journals and was featured in publications including the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the Financial Times, the Boston Globe, and Inc.
