Alice Roberts

Alice Roberts worked as a physician, palaeopathologist and anthropologist. At the University of Bristol, she taught clinical anatomy, embryology and biological anthropology; she also held a professorship at the University of Birmingham. She produced several science documentaries for the BBC. Her books include The Origins of Humanity (2012), published by DK.
