Alexandra Kleeman

Alexandra Kleeman, born in 1986 in Boulder, Colorado, is a writer and philologist. She is the author of the novel “A wie B und C,” which received the Bard Fiction Prize in 2016. Her short stories and essays have appeared in publications including The New Yorker, The Paris Review, Zoetrope, Guernica, Harper’s, and n+1. Kleeman earned an MFA in Fiction from Columbia University in New York and has received fellowships and grants.
