Alexander Thiele

Alexander Thiele (born 1979) is a legal scholar. His academic positions include a professorship in constitutional theory and public law, with a focus on constitutional and European law, at BSP Business and Law School in Berlin. He previously worked as a Privatdozent and academic councillor at the University of Göttingen and held an acting chair in public law at Leibniz University Hannover in 2019. His research focuses on democratic theory, general constitutional theory and state finance.
