Alex Perry

Alex Perry was born in the United States and grew up in England. He worked as a foreign correspondent in Asia and Africa for more than fifteen years and headed the Africa bureau of Time magazine for over a decade. During his career, he reported from more than 100 countries and from more than 30 wars. Perry has received several awards. He was imprisoned for several days in Zimbabwe. His reporting on beheadings carried out by Boko Haram was used as evidence by the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
