Alan Duff

Alan Duff, born in 1950 in Rotorua, New Zealand, is a New Zealand writer and columnist. His novel *Warriors* spent months at the top of the bestseller lists and was successfully adapted for film. Duff founded the »Books in Homes« program, which aims to improve access to books and combat illiteracy.
