Aicha Bouhlou

Aicha Bouhlou was born in Morocco and grew up in Germany. She is Norwegian. For much of her adult life, she worked in art education and ran a gallery in Bergen, which she closed in 2012. She then began photographing, among other subjects, the food she prepared. In 2015, she launched the blog “Aicha’s Food”; in 2016, she published her first cookbook. Her recipes reflect her multicultural background and her preference for vegetables.
