Hab das Buch gelesen das wir sehr gern nach Griechenland in den Urlaub fliegen und ich die Mythologie liebe. Es war super anschaulich geschrieben und eher wie eine Erzählung gehalten, kein trockenes Fachwissen. Es war zeitweise echt viel Info - aber super unterhaltsam. Hab die anderen Teile auch schon hier. Freu mich drauf 🫶🏼

4.5 ★ A very rich and interesting book. It was so much fun to revisit some of the stories of Greek mythology. I had read a few books about it in school a few years ago, but since the stories, content and names are so complex, I had forgotten just about everything. Stephen Fry tells about the gods, demigods, titans, heroes, and all other beings in a casual and humorous way. He makes the complicated content easy to grasp and understand. I often had to laugh and smile at the writing style and the absurd behavior of these creatures. I highly recommend this book if you want to get a general and amusing overview of the world of the gods in Ancient Greece.
