Reviewed by K. G.Ich habe dieses Buch fast zufällig ausgewählt und nicht viel erwartet, war aber positiv überrascht. Es ist eine gelungene Mischung aus einem viktorianischen Kriminalroman und Fantasy, geschrieben in einer wunderschönen Sprache. Besonders sympathisch fand ich die Protagonistin, die durch ihre kluge und rationale Art überzeugt. Eigentlich sind alle Charaktere sehr lebendig und detailliert dargestellt, was ich großartig finde. Das Lesen hat mir viel Spaß gemacht.
Reviewed by Eileen Dierner A quick and delightful read. Its fast pacing and humourous characters make it really enjoyable. Since the finale felt a little too slow, I didn't give it 5 stars, but overall I totally recommend "Jackaby".
