Reviewed by VerenaHCDieser Auftakt zur Malazan Serie ist wirklich sehr komplex. Viele POVs und viele verwobene Geschehnisse. Man wird nicht vom Autor geleitet, sondern muss langsam alles selber herausfinden und sich zusammen reimen. Gut das es im Netzt "Guides" (Reddit) gibt, die einem helfen das Ganze besser zu verstehen. Am Ende bleiben noch immer viele Fragen offen. Das erste Buch soll angeblich das schwächste sein. Also werde ich es mit Band 2 irgendwann versuchen.
