Reviewed by ZoryaDurch „Das Holländerhaus“ bin ich auf Ann Patchett aufmerksam geworden und wollte mehr von ihr lesen. „Fluss der Wunder“ konnte mich jedoch nicht richtig fesseln. Der Schreibstil und die Handlung wirkten auf mich stellenweise sehr langatmig. Die Geschichte ist grundsätzlich interessant – vor allem das Ende, das mir richtig gut gefallen hat. Insgesamt ein eher durchwachsener Leseeindruck.
