Reviewed by Marie I loved reading this prequel and going back to the island truthfully the world building this feeling of a rich old money family living on their private island and the kids growing up with bonfires beach swims and white summer dresses is what I love most about these books. The plot is definitely plotting and I was intrigued the whole time
