Reviewed by Pascale-MarieIch muss sagen dieses Buch hat mich sehr gespalten hinterlassen. Einerseits fand ich die Grundidee mit den Dämonen und den Exorzisten des Vatikans einfach nur genial, andererseits fand ich das Buch viel zu lang. Es gab so viele Szenen, die ich sehr langatmig und langweilig fand. Die Protagonisten waren oberflächlich, allerdings konnte man sich sehr gut mit Jules anfreunden. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich den zweiten Teil auch lesen werde, sobald er erscheint.
Reviewed by FynxUgh, im so torn! First of all I got this book for the BREATHTAKING cover and I still love it alot but the story.... ooooof.... I genuinely started this book so excited but it didnt grab me at all. I find the writing extremly hard to follow and read. Some pages felt more like a chore to read than anything else. I feel so bad rating this book so low but its just not grabbing. I do enjoy the idea of the story. But yea... I did finish it tho (cause mama raised no bitch lmao) The plots were okay, some felt predictable - others were exciting. 🌟 2,5/5 stars from me personally
