It is a very nice book. The advice is easy to follow and understand. There is a little bit of filler, but i guess it isn't overbearing. I will probably try and implement. Actually, I have been slowly implementing the rules as I've read them, mostly because they are simple to follow. I have a gripe with it, and that's why I am giving it 3 stars. As much as I liked the advice, upon a second read, I clocked that most of the references are reddit based. And as much as I can give the benefit of the doubt; reddit doesn't count as "evidence".

Amazing Book - Provides an indepth insight how a habit can be built and how it can be sustained for a longer period - Book had one of the best quote - which I will carry with me - "Never Miss Twice". Overall a complete book if someone wants to know how the habits can be developed.
