Es war ganz süß und ich mochte die Charaktere ganz gerne. Der Plot war ein bisschen wild. Ich fand es aber interessant, wie durch Raum und Zeit gereist wurde. Ist glaube ich ein netter Einstieg in Science Fiction und ein nettes Kinderbuch für die, die Abenteuergeschichten mögen.

That was a hard read. The last few sites took me forever. Still not sure if it’s an ok read or if don’t like it at all

If I were ten years old (as is the recommended age minimum), I would have loved this book. Now, considering my mindset at that age, this makes this a not-so-good sign. In a literary sense, there were many loose ends as well an stunted character development. Felt like it wanted to be progressive but it fell flat and thus, disappointing.

That was an ok read, solid Entertainment. I picked That book because I read somewhere that it is much better than the movie made my Ava DuVerney ... and: it is not. Where the movie shows an empowered girl, who finds strength in her failures and love - the book often puts her protagonist Meg down. And the 3 Mrs. Were only half as cool. I recommend the movie for a cool and unique take on this book (full of great representation of Not-White-People). But I am looking forward to the next book in the series - now that Meg is established as a young woman who knows who she is.
