Johny Pitts

Johny Pitts wurde in Sheffield geboren und war als Autor, Fotograf, Fernsehmoderator und Journalist tätig. Er war Mitbegründer des Online-Journals „Afropean. Adventures in Black Europe“, das sich mit schwarzer europäischer Identität und Kultur befasst. Für sein Engagement für eine afropäische Identität wurde Pitts mehrfach ausgezeichnet. 2020 erhielt er den Jhalak Prize for Book of the Year by a Writer of Colour.
