Jamia Wilson

Jamia Wilson ist Autorin, feministische Aktivistin und Referentin. Sie war Direktorin der Feminist Press an der City University of New York sowie Vizepräsidentin für Programme am Women’s Media Center. Zu ihren Büchern zählen „Young, Gifted, and Black“, „Step Into Your Power: 23 Lessons on How to Live Your Best Life“, „Big Ideas for Young Thinkers“ und „ABC’s of AOC“. Außerdem verfasste sie das Vorwort und die mündliche Überlieferung zu „Together We Rise: Behind the Scenes at the Protest Heard Around the World“ und war Co-Autorin von „Roadmap for Revolutionaries: Resistance, Advocacy, and Activism for All“. Ihre Texte erschienen unter anderem in der „New York Times“, bei CNN, BBC, „Elle“, „Glamour“ und „Teen Vogue“.
