As Tory and Darcy continue to navigate the ruthless world of the Fae, they face even more dangerous challenges, shifting alliances, and the constant power struggle with the Heirs. The stakes are higher, the tension is stronger, and the story finally starts to unfold in a way that kept me completely invested. I really started to fall in love with the characters in this book. Looking back, the first installment now feels like it was mainly there to introduce the world and its cast, while Ruthless Fae gives them much more depth and development. I finally found myself genuinely rooting for several characters. The writing is still just as engaging, but what I loved most was getting multiple points of view. It’s no longer just Tory and Darcy, we also get chapters from the Heirs and Orion, which added so much to the story. Seeing their thoughts and motivations made them feel much more complex, even when they make incredibly frustrating decisions. By the end, I wasn’t just invested in Tory and Darcy anymore. I also found myself loving Orion, Darius, and Caleb. They’re still complete assholes most of the time, but somehow they’re impossible not to like. This series definitely has me hooked now, and I can’t wait to see where the story goes next.

Rezension von Rebekkah 🌙Ich habe dieses Buch, wie auch den ersten Teil, verschlungen ❤️🔥 im Gegensatz zum ersten Teil musste ich dieses Mal beim Lesen oft laut lachen. Ich konnte es gar nicht abwarten, immer wieder zurück zu Tory‘s Sicht zu kommen, da ich vor allem ihre „Love“ Story so spannend finde. Mega spannendes Ende, freue mich schon auf den nächsten Teil!
