Jonathan is a doctor working in a hospital reserved for government officials and foreigners in Sana'a, the war and terrorism torn capitol of Yemen. As his former life companion, Delphine, is no longer in his daily life, he meets an old friend and falls in love with a young woman who works for an NGO.
