Rezension von Lena SchalentierIn meinen Augen die perfekte Sommerurlaublektüre. Essen und Wein werden ähnlich detailliert und sinnlich beschrieben wie die (doch eher vielen) Sexszenen, was für mich wunderbar funktioniert hat. Es ist jedes European Summer Klischee drin, aber es war mir egal, gebt mir allen Hedonismus in den toskanischen Weinbergen!
Rezension von EliMein neues Lieblingsbuch ❤️ Ich weiß gar nicht wie ich das zusammenfassen soll. Das Buch und die Charaktere haben mich von Sekunde null mitgerissen und ich denke dies ist Casey McQuiston‘s bestes Werk. Ich bin normalerweise kein Fan von Sexszenen aber McQuiston schafft es immer wieder diese ansprechend, authentisch und mitreißend zu formulieren so das du dich nicht fühlst als würdest du ein Schmuddelfilmchen/-Buch schauen/lesen. Ich habe während des Buches immer wieder Hunger gehabt obwohl ich die meisten Gerichte und Getränke wahrscheinlich nie essen würde einfach weil es so unglaublich detailliert und ansprechend beschrieben war. McQuiston schreibt am Ende „I wanted to love to write a Book and be loved back by it“ und das ist definitiv gelungen. Ich habe die Liebe, Leidenschaft und Hingabe in jeder Zeile gespürt.
Rezension von Lisa SIch mochte die Locations sehr und auch Kits und Theos Beziehung zu Essen und Trinken. Wo kann ich die Reise buchen? Aber bitte wie horny kann man sein? Es war mir ein bisschen zu viel. Zumal es nicht nur die beiden Hauptfiguren betrifft. Ist Süd-Europa wirklich so? Ich bezweifle es irgendwie.
Rezension von EmmaNur eine Person aus Amerika könnte Europa als bisexuellen Tempel des Hedonismus schreiben!! Ich mochte den Anfang, aber ab dem Perspektivwechsel hat die miscommunication mich ein bisschen gelangweilt, das Ende fand ich aber sehr soft & schön
