The Happiness Project is a motivating and thoughtful book that explores happiness through small, intentional lifestyle changes. Gretchen Rubin offers practical insights and reflections that encourage mindfulness, gratitude, and personal growth. While the ideas are inspiring and well written, I couldn’t fully identify with all of her experiences or perspectives, which made some parts feel less relatable to me. Still, the overall message is positive and uplifting.
