Rezension von Nadine | EulenmärchenEin wunderbares Buch für alle, die Wörter und Sprache lieben. Der Roman ist sehr unaufgeregt und ruhig und trotzdem emotional. Im Vordergrund steht die Entwicklung von Esme und ihre Suche nach sich selbst, die an vielen Stellen tief bewegt. Schön war auch der Schreibstil, der mit wenigen Worten viel transportiert und spielend leicht in ein anderes Jahrhundert entführt hat. Leseempfehlung
