A lot of vomiting for a romance novel. I dunno, maybe it is a 4 star, but I am in the Heated Rivalry hangover.

Okay, hi, wow I really feel like I should talk about this book... and I know that perhaps no one will ever read this review but lessss goooo Let's start with some thoughts about the cover. It's beautiful, right? I really think it's soooooo cute. The eyecontact between this two, the women in the background. I love it, okay? So while reading this book I realized, I haven't even read what the book is about. I just saw fanart and liked the cover and was like: AHHHHH LET'S BUY IT!!! Actually, I thought this book was one cliche romance, where the moviestar falls in love with somebody on set. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THIS WAS ABOUT A DATING SHOW, WHEN I STARTED IT!!! Next time I'll better read what's written on the back of the book.... Because I didn't know about what the book actually was it obviously wasn't like I expected it. IT WAS SO MICH BETTER!!! This book was punching me in my face and I was freaking happy about it. Cause somehow this book still managed to be soft and lovely. Let's get to my feeling while reading it. Although the start was a bit slow in my opinion, I got into the book pretty quickly. By page 126 I was really obsessed with Alison's writing, characters and plot. It just took one night of partying in Oklahoma to make me love this book. Okay, I have to say that I found the book before that to be quite boring. But from this page on, I felt like I was constantly marking sentences, sticking sticky notes in my book and screaming. Also I can say that my favourite moment is definitely the end. And it's rare that I like the epilogue in books. Even if the end is kinda predictable, you should definitely read it. Not just for the fluffy storyline. Read it for the characters! For the representation! Also for the way the book is dealing with mental health, because that's a topic often left out in classic romance books. So, so, so... I feel like I should talk about the characters, too. My favourite is definitely Charlie Winshaw, who has the brains of Steve Wozniak and the body of a Marvel superhero (it wasn't me, who said that, it was Dev) I love this golden boy. I love how his character is revealed. I love that he's not the superstar with the bad boy issues. I LOVE HIM, OKAY? I love Skylar and Jules and want to go to a gay bar together with them. And I want to throw confetti into Parisa's face, screaming: "SURPRISE, B*TCH!" Also, while reading this, I developed the following opinion: Ryan > I'm sorry okay. I know Ryan was a bad boyfriend. Still - Just read it yourself and then we can talk about (Bruno) it. A lot of words, I guess... But, even if I have loved it and only said positive things about it (maybe I will update this review in some weeks and add sth negative - maybe): This maybe isn't the book for people dealing with serious mental health issues. I don't wanna say more to not spoil anybody, but please accept that warning Okay now: I AM AT THE END OF MY REVIEW. GREAT! Thanks for reading about my opinion <3
