Rezension von T 𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟Eigentlich hat mich Rupi Kaur mit „milk and honey“ total gefesselt und ich war mehr als nur aufgeregt ein weiteres Werk von ihr lesen zu können. Doch „home body“ konnte nicht ansatzweise an ihr erstes Werk heranreichen. Viele ihrer kleinen Gedichte wirken fast schon aus Seiten wie Tumblr herausgeschrieben und haben nichts von der Tiefe, die ich in „milk and honey“ so geliebt habe. Natürlich gibt es einige Seiten, die man dann ein zweites und ein drittes Mal gelesen hat, weil man sich nunmal doch in ihre Worte hineinversetzen konnte. Doch ob es nun daran liegt, dass „home body“ nun schon Kaurs drittes Werk ist oder nicht, konnte es mich leider nicht so überzeugen, wie ihr erstes.
