Rezension von jessich habe noch nie ein buch dieser art gelesen und hatte nicht erwartet, WIE SÜCHTIG ICH WERDE! das buch war für mich einfach wie whiskey. ich habe mitgefiebert, mich geärgert, meine moral hinterfragt und mich einfach in dieses buch verliebt. ist für mich ein jahreshighlight! man muss b’s und jamies handeln nicht gut heißen, aber ich konnte es teilweise nachvollziehen (und ganz ehrlich, beim lesen wollte ich einfach dass es passiert!). das buch hat mich wahrlich fertig gemacht. der schreibstil ist soooo gut. Ich habe einfach gelesen und dachte “fuck, deswegen liebst du bücher”. mich hat schon lange kein buch so süchtig gemacht, ich dachte während der arbeit daran und freute mich auf meine zugfahrten. einfach damit ich schnell weiterlesen kann. es war viel zu schnell vorbei. ich brauche mehr von dieser autorin. <3

Rezension von AnsoI loved this book! why did I wait so long to read this? it's been on my tbr for months. how does it only have 6000 reviews? A love letter to whiskey is such a precious story! Iloved the characters, the writing (seriously those whiskey analogies were amazing!), the story in general - everything about it! the love story nearly killed me - all the feels! it was heartbreaking at times and so sweet at others. I can't even put my love for this book in words. it's such a different take on NA novels. I don't know if this even is NA? or just fiction/romance in general. Either way brilliant book! I highly recommend it!
