Rezension von AnnaI really loved the first two books in the Twisted Series, but this one kinda disappointed! I love Jules and Josh as the characters they portray, but the books seemed to be dragging itself a lot. Ngl put me in a HUGEEE slump! It had its moments for sure, but imo it could have been half as long and wouldve been a 4 star read for me!

Rezension von ÖznurJules und Josh 🤍 Unverhofft kommt oft oder? Bevor ich mit Twisted hate begonnen hatte war mir Jules extrem unsympathisch und sehr oberflächlich, sodass ich gemischte Gefühle hatte. ABER Twisted hate hat sich zu meinem liebslingsband (Twisted lies werde ich noch lesen) der Reihe und Jules zu meinem lieblingscharakter entwickelt. Es ist nicht nur die Beziehung zwischen Jules und Josh, die mich so berührt hat und authentisch war. Jules hat mein Herz erobert mit ihrem Charakter. Sie zeigt so viele facetten wie es nun mal im realen Leben ist. Kein Mensch ist eindimensional und das habe ich an Jules so sehr geliebt (und bei ava war es genau dieser Aspekt tatsächlich, der mich gestört hat. Sie wirkte mir zu einseitig).Wer rhys als bookboyfriend toll fand, wird Josh lieben da bin ich mir sicher. Schreibstil: Ich habe die Reihe bisher auf Englisch gelesen und empfinde den Schreibstil als flüssig (kommt aber am Ende auch auf das Englischniveau des Lesers an). Fazit: Für mich war Twisted hate fesselnd und ich habe so einige Tränen dank Jules und ihren Gedankengängen verdrücken müssen. Definitiv eine Leseempfehlung Zusatz: die spice Szenen waren nicht so meins, aber das gilt für alle Bänder dieser Reihe - finde es zu viel und irgendwie ist die Beschreibung in jedem Buch so ähnlich, dass ich manchmal die Augen gerollt habe oder nur genervt war und der plottwist war in meinen Augen nicht wirklich ein „what???“ Moment - daher ein halber Punkt Abzug
