Rezension von KalypsoLoved it! I loved Ryan, this big anxious scary-looking sweet teddy bear! Oh I felt so much with him. And Fabian, this confident queen, is absolutely perfect for him! I loved them together, I loved the mental health representation, I loved Fabians queer circle of friends and I loved Wyatt Hayes, this absolut green- flag of a man and an amazing friend! Oh and I absolutely loved the appearances of Ilya Rozanov of course! My only critic would be, that the book was over so quickly ;)
Rezension von SteffiEs hatte sich schon angedeutet, dass die Geschichte um Ryan einen anderen Ton haben würde… und das hat sich bestätigt. Immer noch eine Liebesgeschichte, nur weniger wild spicy wie die anderen Bände, dadurch aber nicht weniger schön und lesenswert! Einfach immer cool, wenn Ilya auftaucht und Ilya-Dinge macht 😉

Rezension von LennyInsgesamt hat sich der dritte Band der Reihe zwar auch gut lesen lassen, jedoch finde ich das Zusammenspiel des Paares ein wenig zu sehr konstruiert. Vor allem das Ende hat mich dann etwas irritiert. Was ich besonders positiv empfunden habe: wie die Autorin Charaktere geschaffen hat, die mit toxischer Männlichkeit, Ängsten, Panikattacken oder Depressionen zu kämpfen haben. Dies hätte ich tatsächlich noch mehr in den Fokus gerückt.
Rezension von HelenI genuinely love how Rachel always writes different personalities, ages, preferences, and dynamics. It makes every book feel fresh and different. BUT this one just wasn’t it for me. For me, it wasn’t exciting enough. I just didn’t feel the tension at all. I’m a yearning girlie, and compared to that, Ilya and Shane’s book was on a whole different level. And let’s be honest: the best parts were the ones with Ilya anyway. I was screaming, kicking my feet, losing my mind. What can I say, I’m mainly reading this series for those two at this point (sorry not sorry). So yeah: not really my thing, but I can absolutely see this working for other people.
