Rezension von Denise NI swear I got tired reading this pver and ver. It's like a nightmare that never ended....but that is the point really. Tomie is never-ending. It just goes on and on. Tomie is about a femme fatale where boys just go and do terrible acts in order to possess her and keep her as theirs. This happens to the point of them dismembering her. It happens over and over again in different scenarios because Tomie regenerates. Is that the right term? From a cut arm, a whole new Tomie will grow. From a strand of hair, another Tomie will sprout. Women admire her for her beauty and charm over men. This charm and beauty however brings destruction in people's lives and Tomie will reproduce and regenerate over and over. The cycle never ends. The point is really on the psychology of the femme fatale and how they hold men and women in their hands with just a whiff of beauty and charm. This femme fatale causes men to do her will but because of such obsession, they are driven to want a piece of Tomie only to themselves.
