Rezension von isabellEtwas skurril, reichlich überspitzt aber ein doch wesentlich tieferer Gedanke, als es die ersten Seiten scheint. Dazu, wie wichtig es ist, ehrlich zu sich selbst zu sein - nicht irgendwelchen Idealen hinterherlaufen, die man sich selbst auferlegt. Der Plot war vielleicht vorhersehbar, aber genau das hat eben diesen Gedanke für mich getragen.
Rezension von LenaHat mir sehr gut gefallen 💛. Für mich ein Buch darüber, wie sich das Leben verändert, wenn man ehrlich ist. Wenn man Dinge anspricht, obwohl sie einem Angst machen. Der Bezug zu Corona fand ich ein wenig nervig und es ist hier und da etwas übertrieben, aber es liest sich so angenehm und hat mich wirklich gefesselt.
Rezension von Lucy SkyIch habe das Buch während einer Leseflaute gelesen. Andernfalls wäre dies ein Buch zum binge-reading. Mir ging es trotz Flaute ähnlich. Wenn ich mich zum lesen bewegen konnte, konnte ich das Buch nicht mehr zur Seite legen. So waren auf einen Schlag 30 Seiten rum. Trotz schwerer Themen liest sich das Buch mit einer Leichtigkeit. Hat Spaß gemacht zu lesen. TW: Suizid, Depression, Trauer, schwere Krankheit

A rare 5/5 ✨ part funny, part philosophical, part heart-warming! :)) Shows in beautiful ways the importance and magic of honesty and how it's the only way to real connection (with others and with yourself). A beautiful novel that will stay with you and contains a lot of wisdom (unlike some other novels). Highly recommend!
Rezension von LarissaEine perfekte Sommerlektüre, die es einem leicht macht zu lesen. Ein bisschen vorhersehbarer Plot, aber es geht ja auch eher um die Charaktere, deren Geschichte und Beziehungen untereinander.
