Selten hat mich ein Buch zu tränen gerührt. Ich hab’s geliebt.
Es war ein schönes Buch. Kein herausragendes Buch, kein weltbewegendes Buch, sondern einfach ein schönes Buch, das man in einem Rutsch an einem regnerischen Tag mit einer Tasse Tee oder Kaffee lesen könnte. Wir begleiten den gewitzten Kater Nana mit seinem Herrchen Satoru, die ein großes letztes Abenteuer in ihrem silbernen Van unternehmen, wo sie viele alte Freunde treffen, neue Bekanntschaften schließen und die Welt um sich herum genießen, während sie mit Lebensweisheiten um sich werfen und die Leben der Leute, denen sie begegnen, positiv beeinflussen. Wer auch immer in der japanischen Bücherwelt beschlossen hat, dass random Katzengeschichten eine tolle Idee sind, hat einen kuscheligen Platz im Himmel verdient. Ich bin zwar kein Katzenfan, sondern eher ein Hundeliebhaber, aber auch ich genieße den Trend, dass überall in der japanischen Literatur plötzlich random Katzen auf den Buchcovern oder in den Geschichten selbst sind.
