Nichts Neues, wenn man schon sehr viele Bücher dieser Art gelesen hat.
Ich war positiv überrascht von diesem Buch, auch wenn es gewisse Voraussetzungen braucht, um die Handlungsweise umsetzen zu können. Mir hat es wertvolle Impulse gegeben, aber es ist schon aus einer sehr privilegierten Sichtweise geschrieben.

also sicherlich hilft es in der ein oder anderen Situation sich bewusst zu machen, dass man andere nicht ändern kann und man manche Dinge auch nicht persönlich nehmen sollte. muss ich darüber ein ganzes Buch lesen? sicherlich nicht! und ähnlich wie in anderen Büchern dieser Art nimmt die selbstbeweihräucherung der Autorin/des Autors viel zu viel Platz ein und hat mit dem eigentlichen Thema nichts zu tun
